What is the Liliboty VIP card?

The VIP card entitles you personally and for one year to:

- Free unlimited postage and no minimum purchase with DPD relay 24 / 48h

- Free unlimited returns (the package will be dropped off at a Mondial Relay relay)

General conditions of sale of the VIP card:

A unique code will be assigned to you after validating the purchase of the card.

The code will expire after one year whether or not it is used.

It cannot be extended, refunded or exchanged with another product.

Conditions of use of the VIP card:

1- How to benefit from free unlimited shipping costs?

- Identify yourself on Liliboty.com ("connection" at the top right)

- Add the desired products to the basket

- Click on the basket

- In the summary you have the photos of your products, under the photos is the DISCOUNT VOUCHER

- Enter the code of your VIP card then click on OK

- Enter your shipping and billing information and click on ORDER

- Choose the delivery address and click on ORDER

- Choose RELAY IN 24 / 48H, click HERE to choose the desired relay

- Read and validate the general conditions of sale and click on ORDER again

- Choose the payment method you want and pay for your order

This code will be entered with each order in the discount vouchers area.

2- How to benefit from free unlimited returns?

See the return conditions here before any return request

1- Identify yourself on Liliboty.com ("connection" at the top right)

2- Click on MY ACCOUNT (always at the top right)

3- Go to "History and details of my orders"

4- Click on the Details button corresponding to the desired order

5- Check the item you want to return

6- Paste the code of your VIP card and specify a reason for return specifying whether you want a refund or a voucher valid for one year (if not specified, a voucher valid for one will be generated)

7- Click on " GENERATE A RETURN " to finalize your request

We undertake to validate your return within 48 working hours, you will then receive an email telling you "awaiting the package" if your return is accepted.

You will then need to print the return slip from "My merchandise returns", and attach it to your package with the invoice.

We will send you the label to stick on your package by email, the package must be left in a MONDIAL RELAY relay .
