The post office delivers the package directly to your mailbox.

If the parcel does not pass through your mailbox, the postman can either drop off your parcel with a neighbor or leave you a delivery notice to pick up your parcel at your post office.

The package without signature has no insurance. In the event of loss, Ktana declines all responsibility. The buyer is responsible for his package at the time the package is dropped off at the post office with proof of deposit from the seller.

In case of absence, the postman leaves you a transit advice note in your mailbox inviting you to come and collect your package at your post office.

Any package refused (with proof of your signature on your part on the refusal of the package) or not collected within the post office deadlines of 10 days maximum and returned to our premises will not be refunded.
